• How long have you been playing on Vonix Network? : Think I've been around of Vonix Servers for just over a month now, But as you may know I main over on BMC5.

- Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please explain. : I used to be a Admin over on LukeyCraft currently known now as Bacon Network. but we are talking around 11 odd years ago so alot has changed since.

Experience: **- What Minecraft server plugins are you familiar with:

• Do you have experience with moderation tools?:** This should answer both questions above hopefully. I will be perfectly honest as its been such a long time since I have played as a admin using plugins/admin tools etc for Minecraft so I don't know much of what is to offer currently since everything has changed. But I am usually a quick learner when it comes to those sort of things, as I do have alot of experience with servers files/abilities for games like DayZ, Ark as have owned and run those types of servers over the years.

Availability: **- How many hours per week can you dedicate to staff duties: ** Would hopefully like to be able to say at least 10+ hours. **- What times are you typically online?: ** It generally comes down to my work rota as its different every week so I'm able to jump on when I can, I'm also from the UK so my timezone is different to some players hence why you don't always see me on.

Scenario Questions: A player is spamming chat repeatedly. What do you do?: Politely ask them to stop spamming, if they continue/Ignore my request. Then I'd Message them saying if they continue to spam that it will result in a Kick and if continued will result in a TempBan. You witness another staff member abusing their permissions. How do you handle it: I believe in the system and should never confront a colleague of same rank and should be taken to a superior. If its someone who is below me then I would suggest that they read the rules and not to abuse what they have been given and only use Powers/commands for helping players only. Two players are arguing and it's escalating. What's your approach?: Ask them to kindly not to argue in global chat. and Recommend to Join the discord channel to talk it out in private and if need be to jump in with them to help them settle there Issue/Problem

Personal Statement: Why do you want to become a staff member on Vonix Network?: Honestly since my return to minecraft I have tried many servers trying to find my home but most of them just have rude/unfriendly staff which is off putting. But since joining Vonix network I have been welcomed in and is just full of friendly vibes and can say this is my home. I'd like to be apart of the community/family and help us grow it to something wonderful for the future and then to be able to look back on what we have achieved togeather. I am also happy to start from the bottom and work my way up if you'd give me the opportunity todo so. I'm not expecting for you to give me crazy powers. I'd never use those powers for my own advantage because at that point in the game it just ruins the fun of playing the game.

What qualities make you a good candidate for this position?: Well hopefully is my friendless and way to calm down certain situations, but as this is a nice chilled out community hopefully we won't ever have any disruptive issues :) **What would you bring to our staff team? ** Well I've noticed that some of your admins are not active and to the ones that are they are Not UK based so that would be one of my strong points, Because I'd be on when other admin are not able to be on due to timezone differences.
