1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using vonix.network, social.vonix.network, our Minecraft servers, or any other Vonix Network service (“the Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt the Services, including by exploiting bugs, denial-of-service, or unauthorized access.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content.
- Use the Services to violate any applicable law.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Vonix Network a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as required to operate the Services.
6. Donations and Purchases
Donations made through Vonix Social are processed by Tebex and are non-refundable except where required by law. Perks are delivered automatically; if delivery fails, contact support within 30 days.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vonix Network’s total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of TODO: owner — your jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on Vonix Social and posted here with an updated effective date.
